One day walking thru the woods in Georgia with my mother, we noticed the beauty of some fallen trees from the past hurricane in 2017. The dead trees had the perfect amount of time and climate to age, producing a beautiful array of color and lichen. They were loaded into my trunk and traveled the 10 hours back to Miami. Once in the studio I created a waterfall of glass trickling down the logs and puddling beneath.
